There's a big difference between "having smart home tech" and having a home you genuinely control in an automated way. Many installations end up abandoned because they need five different apps, or because setting them up is so complicated they only work on installation day.
Our approach starts from the opposite direction: work out what you'll actually use day to day, then build a system controlled from a single point, with no friction.

There's no need to throw out what already works. If your home already has smart plugs or bulbs, a thermostat, cameras, a voice assistant or a WiFi-enabled air conditioner, we can usually bring it all into a single system rather than replacing it.
And when two devices won't talk to each other, or you need an automation no app offers out of the box, we build it for you: rules that combine devices from different brands, custom alerts, or tweaks so the system does exactly what you need.

Centralised control from your phone
We set everything up to run from a single app or panel, with scenes that combine several systems at once (a "goodnight" scene that turns off lights, lowers blinds and adjusts the heating with one tap, for example).
Your Tenerife home, from anywhere in the world
If you live abroad and your home in Tenerife sits empty for much of the year, smart home tech lets you know what's happening there without relying on someone popping round to check. From your phone — in London, Berlin or Stockholm — you can see how the house is doing and act on it.
What matters most isn't being able to look, it's the house telling you when something's wrong: a water leak, a door or window opening, or rising humidity. That way you can react in time instead of finding the problem when you arrive.
We set that access up ourselves, and securely: a secured connection to your property, with no devices left exposed to the internet. And if you need to reach something more — a computer, camera recordings, your files or the whole home network — we configure whatever remote access you need.

Extras for homes that sit empty
On top of the smart home installation, we can add services for owners who aren't on the island and want complete peace of mind. They're optional and arranged to suit each property.
- Power cut alerts: we fit a small UPS (uninterruptible power supply) if you don't have one, so the router and smart home system stay on and the house can alert you as soon as the power goes
- Connection loss alerts: if the property loses internet for several minutes and doesn't recover, an external monitoring system alerts you anyway
- Check-up visits: if you get an alert and have no one nearby, we can arrange to go round and check the property
Local AI: a private assistant in your home or business
We also set up local AI systems: language models (LLMs) that run on your own hardware, inside your own network, rather than on a company's servers. What you ask and the documents it reads never leave your home or office.
That's useful, for example, for an assistant that answers questions about your own documents, for automating repetitive tasks in a business, or for adding an assistant to your smart home that doesn't depend on the cloud. We work in two ways, whichever suits you:

Frequently asked questions
Can I automate just part of the house, not all of it?
Yes, it's common to start with what you'll use most (lighting and climate control, for example) and expand later. You don't need to automate the whole home at once.
I already have some smart devices — do I need to replace them?
Usually not. We review what you already have and, wherever possible, integrate it into the same system. If a device can't be integrated or isn't worth it, we'll tell you before proposing anything.
Can you build a custom automation that no app offers?
Yes. We develop custom integrations and automations to connect devices that don't work together, or for specific needs in your home or business. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you whether it's feasible.
I live outside Spain — can I keep an eye on my Tenerife home remotely?
Yes. With a stable internet connection at the property, you can check cameras and sensors, receive alerts on your phone and control lights, blinds or climate from any country.
Will the system alert me if the power or internet goes down at the property?
Yes, as an add-on service. For power cuts, we fit a small UPS that keeps the router and smart home system running long enough to send you the alert. For connection loss, an external monitoring system detects that the property has stopped responding and alerts you, even though the house itself can't.
Can you set up secure remote access to my home or network?
Yes. We configure whatever remote access you need — to the smart home system, the cameras, a computer or the whole network — over a secured connection and without leaving devices open to the internet. Every case is different, so we tailor it to what you want to do and who needs to get in.
What is local AI, and can I set it up myself?
It's an AI model that runs on your own hardware instead of in the cloud, so your data never leaves your network. We can design and install it end to end, or just consult: we tell you what hardware and setup you need and you build it at your own pace.
Do I need to rewire the whole electrical installation for smart home tech?
Not always. It depends on the system chosen and the existing installation — we assess this during the visit before proposing any changes.
If the WiFi goes down, does the smart home stop working?
That's exactly why we integrate smart home design together with the network design: many critical automations (lights, blinds) can keep working locally even if the internet connection fails, if the system is designed properly from the start.
I have a holiday rental — does smart home tech help with check-in and check-out?
Yes, with smart locks and remote monitoring you can manage guest access without being physically present for every arrival or departure.
